Other rights: Requests for other rights

To add a request for the confirmed, property creator, or rollbacker rights, please use the following form. Add it to the bottom of the relevant section. Unlike permissions such as bureaucrat, these can be assigned by administrators.
Administrators already have the rights of these groups, and do not need to be assigned any of them.

The "reason" is what will show up as a preloaded summary for administrators when they access Special:UserRights; it is also shown on this page. Do not add a section header or sign your message; these will both be done for you.

Requests for the rollbacker right

If you are not nominating yourself, please secure the acceptance of the candidate. The rollbacker flag is usually only granted to users who have some experience in fighting vandalism on Wikidata. For more information, please see Wikidata:Rollbackers.

While not required, {{subst:Rollbacker}} can be used to notify a user that they have been granted rollback. Rollbackers may wish to add {{Rollbacker userbox}} and/or {{Rollbacker topicon}} to their user or talk pages.

I am more than six years here, creating new itmes for my own articles and for new articles written by others and not connected. I am involved in reverting vandalism on as a Rollbacker in Hebrew wikipedia and this permission here would get me more involed in affective vandalism preventing. I am rollbacker on Hebrew Wikipedia and use this to fix and revert vandal on mostly Hebrew articles. I`ts ok if you`ll think I will need some more time before granting. רונאלדיניו המלך (talk) 12:47, 29 May 2024 (UTC)

 Support I think the requirement of Wikidata patrolling experience was meant as a guideline, so by having both patrolling experience on a local wiki and familiarity with Wikidata, the requirement is basically met. Of course one would also like to see a few undos on Wikidata to avoid hat collecters. Infrastruktur (talk) 13:53, 29 May 2024 (UTC)

Requests for the property creator right

Please see Wikidata:Property creators for details.

Users may self-nominate, or nominate one another; however, users should not be given this right if they do not want it, and non-self-nomination requests should be put on hold until the nominee comments accepting the nomination.

Administrators may add the property creator flag to the accounts of users who:

• are generally trusted members of the community, preferably with at least some history in working with properties, and
• have shown a satisfactory understanding of how Wikidata works, especially regarding the property namespace, datatypes, and related concepts.

Users should generally not be made property creators solely or primarily based on their work on other projects; property creator is currently the only right unique to Wikidata, and this should be taken into consideration when requesting or granting it.

Property creator right must be only granted following a request on this page which must remain open for at least 48 hours. An exception may be made for the case of regranting of the right to former property creators and administrators where the reason for removal was uncontroversial or due to inactivity.

Property creators may wish to add {{User property creator}} to their userpages.
