Motivation[edit]
These cases all create precedent so are important legal decisions for Sweden. Cases are also published in NJA Nytt juridiskt arkiv pt 1 (Q79016945), but there is several months lag from a decision until the case gets a proper identifier in NJA. Furthermore there is no easy way to facilitate lookup of the text of the decision via its NJA citation. NJA citations should probably be added as alias, with published in (P1433) and with legal citation of this text (P1031). Cases often cite other decisions from the Supreme Court, so having external identifiers to facilitate that linking is extremely useful.
Typically the case number is written with a space between the first letter and the following numbers, but omitting that space let's us use it as a query on the website of the Supreme Court. Belteshassar (talk) 17:20, 21 June 2020 (UTC)
