Planned use	I'd like to use this property to indicate the number of people reached during humanitarian activities of an aid organization. I would like to add a qualifier "applies to part" applies to part (P518) or "applies to people" applies to people (P6001) for each value to indicate the type programm (Disaster Response and Early Recovery Services, "DRER", or Long-Term Services and Development Programmes, "LTSDP") or thematic area (e.g. Health, Migration, Shelter, Wash, Livelihoods, etc.) to which it refers and specify the year within which the declaration is valid with a qualifier data point in time (P585). Example: Italian Red Cross (Q913903) → 852[4] applies to people (P6001) → migrant (Q1932461) point in time (P585) → 2017[5]

I'm proposing this property to add the number of people reached at a given point in time by the national Red Cross and Red Crescent society (Q1968122) avaiable on Federation-wide Databank and Reporting System (FDRS). LiaFla (talk) 12:10, 17 Nov 2020 (UTC)

Comment is there another label we could use? e.g. "beneficiaries"? The label "People reached" somehow places it close to number of subscribers (P3744), social media followers (P8687), readership (P4295), number of viewers/listeners (P5436) even if the description makes it distinct. --- Jura 00:29, 19 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment About this number i found a description on the IFRC website (ex. Ghana Red Cross Society "Number of people reached by disaster response and early recovery programmes and by Long Term Services and Development Programmes: direct and indirect recipients and people covered by Federation services counted, disaggregated by service areas.", the people reached value of the annual report regards the number of people reached during an aid programm by organization volunteers; the specific aid programm could be indicate with a qualifier as applies to people (P6001) or applies to part (P518) with point in time (P585) to specify a valid data to refers. As it's a number you want to add, I'd start with "number of", similar to other properties (Special:Search/p: "number of").

Further, both "number of beneficiaries" and "number of aid recipients" should meet the definition you provided.
