Motivering/begrunnelse

Nasjonalt skoleregister (National School Registry) is a database of all educational institutions in Norway published by the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training, with an open API. Many of the schools in the database already have Wikipedia articles and Wikidata items, and many more should have them but don't at the moment. Having this property would help facilitate that work.
