It's like AFI of the Turkey. Contains reliable info for Turkish cinema. What makes it special is they list lots of bibliographical references for every movie which is very useful for someone who wants to make further research on a movie. There is a template in use for it in tr wiki as linked above. Also IDs can be linked to both a Turkish page or English page, will leave decision to you. And name of the property can be "TSA film ID" or "Türk Sineması Araştırmaları (TSA) film id" or "Center for Turkish Cinema Studies film ID", leaving that up to you as well.
