Discussion[edit]

Keeping deprecated redirect IDs?[edit]

I think storing redirects as "deprecated"->"redirect" for this property is just not really useful or helpful since every rename of a title on TMDB creates new letterboxd IDs, making the previous one a redirect and for one film there could potentially be dozens of redirects. Over time, some older redirects can turn into actual IDs to newer films, causing further problems. From personal checking over several months, about 30 such cases reappear every month. So I think the best practice would be to just remove the redirect IDs, changing them to the actual ID. Solidest (talk) 08:20, 15 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
